After you have designed your end product whether it’s a Pligg install or not, the next big hurdle is traffic and getting backlinks to your masterpiece.

For most site admins, the hardest part is getting links pointed to their new site.  Backlinks give you exposure to potential members and of course search engines.  If you going after Page Rank, backlinks are critical.

I recently started searching for tutorials, articles and resources to see what else I could do to increase the number of backlinks to my projects and was overwhelmed by the number of results that all said the same things.

Then I came across a site that seems to have a huge compilation of articles and resources to aid in picking up backlinks all in one place, Link Building Wiki.

If you haven’t heard of the site, like me, or have never checked out what they offer, I highly recommend taking a few minutes to peruse the list of article and tutorials they have that are sure to keep you reading for a while.

I especially enjoy their section on Link Building Tools, as I discovered a few that I haven’t used before.
