The Pligg CMS comes with many great components, SPAM protection isn’t one of them.  As with previous versions, Pligg developers have decided SPAM protection isn’t important.  Fellow members have come up with great solutions including our submit anti-spam solution but they ignored it.  

So, you have decided to take the plunge and run your own Digg style website, now what?  You need a good host, one that comes recommended or can provide the speed that any good website requires.  

After you have designed your end product whether it’s a Pligg install or not, the next big hurdle is traffic and getting backlinks to your masterpiece.
