Oh thanks! I thought I’ d be the only person thinking that this ChuckRoast guy behaves like a real jerk. To put it nicely: His inter-human relation skills are beyond good or evil. He makes false accusations and then starts insulting you like no good. Totally insane that guy – do NOT ever bother him with anything, he will feel offended immediately by anything you say.

This does not surprise me, another reader of this blog had the same issue with another module they purchased and was accused of fraud when asking for a refund.

Pligg.com will not issue refunds as far as I know for any reason.

Email me at utopianwd@msn.com and I can see if I can get the modules working for you.

Hello, I hope to speak with someone more smart of chuckroast.

I bought some modules and templates after installing Pliggg 1.1.2

In particular:

1)
Redmik Template who dont work for the last release of Pligg, the same CMS said:

This template may not be compatible with the latest features included with your version of Pligg. The template was designed for Pligg 1.0.2, while you currently have installed 1.1.2. Are you sure that you want to install this template?

So I requested refund to Paypal.

2)
Thumbnail Plus
I don’t like the result, So I removed.
I have no request refund of course, this is my wrong evaluation.

3)
Amazon Associate Shop
This modules don’t work i the last release of Pligg, I have no idea if has never worked in the past. In any case I ask support without positive answer and I have asked refund because it totally un useful: don’t work.

I received an answer from a person who use a nickname as: chuckroast with ridiculus accuses has copyright infringement without explain which one, where, in which method.

So, I requested to Paypal to go ahead for the refund.
His application don’t work so it seem natural to have money back.

Last, chuckroast accuse me about frode.
Well, we are talking about 30/40 dollars, so he continue to be totally ridiculous even in his utterances without any legal or practice foundation.

I have decided to advice you about this story because its totally absurd what happent.

I don’t think your company will growth with this person inside.

I have experienced today chuckroast: is support or answer are totally ridiculus.
He have not any idea on what to say.

Please if you wont to use Pligg you can do it but be carefully about the modules or any other pro-shop offer because most of them are not updated to the last CMS version or don’t work properly

We are in claim with Paypal to have back money.
