I started messing around earlier with rounded corners using no images, namely, Nifty Corners.

So I did a fresh install of Pligg v9.9.0 and started adding rounded corners to things. Next thing I knew, I had done a whole template in about 2 hours.

Its nothing spectacular but its a template.
