XML Sitemap Pligg Modules – Invalid Date

Heres a fix to the XML Sitemap module, the original was producing invalid dates.

Thanks to mihai from PatchLog for providing XML Sitemap for Pligg update 0.6. I installed it for my pligg 9.9.0 powered site at http://pligg.topsites.sg running on php 4.

However when submitting the sitemap to Google, the date was an invalid format. The sitemap lastmod date was showing 2008-04-16SGT10:23:16

According to Google Sitemap FAQ, Google Sitemap requires the ISO-8601 encoding which has two variations:
- 2005-02-21
- 2005-02-21T18:00:15+00:00
